We excel at identifying and isolating hard to find talent. Our areas of expertise include senior support functions through to senior management in Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, all aspects of operations.

As recruitment professionals, we know how important it is to understand what makes a top performer more productive than an average performer. In the past it was attributed to IQ and/or technical abilities, but that only predicts top performance with less than a 20% accuracy rate. In fact, the findings on new studies in Emotional Intelligence say that IQ and technical abilities amount to about one third of the reason for someone’s success and two thirds are attributed to a person’s ability to perceive, identify, and manage emotions. Emotional intelligence can predict up to 47% accuracy if someone is going to be a top performer and can show those who are not, how to get there.
