Welcome to the first addition of my monthly newsletter, Shift Happens. As the name suggests, the theme of these newsletters is to provide you with Divinely guided insights to assist you in understanding and managing the incredible changes that are happening and their effects on the universal, human and planetary consciousness.

The planet and human consciousness is ascending. What does that mean? It means we are in the process of an acceleration of our evolution as a species, as a culture and as a planet. We are evolving into our intended way of being, who we really are.

You have probably noticed that time, as we describe it in our physical plane of existence, has rapidly accelerated, and it has. Many shifts have occurred over the past 22 years but for me the most dramatic were in 2006 and 2008. We are at the tail end of a 26,500 year cycle. This is the last of 5 cycles that were designed to provide the time and space for our evolution and ascension as human beings and consciousness to return to our authentic state of Divine Love and Light.

We were not born with dis-ease. In our original state from Source, we were 100% light, free of dis-ease, free of fear, free of anger. During these last major cycles of evolution, we created limitations that were rooted in our physical vulnerabilities, such as creating sources of food, shelter, and safety. As time passed, instead of rapidly returning to their Divine state of being, some went a different way and started to nourish the energy of fear, lack, scarcity, anger and competition through expressions of war and greed.

The choices for each of us have been constant through time, we could choose to be part of the chaos and distortions of truth in our belief systems or not. We had and still have a free will choice to seek out our personal truths to create and attract more Love, compassion, unity, living in respect of each other and the planet aligned to our true Source. Your Authentic self is the truest part of who you are, it knows where you came from and what your Divine path and purpose is.

Our mission, in my opinion, was to be in physical form from spirit, our original source, and start to create a world that represented "heaven on earth" creating an extraordinary new race of human beings. During these cycles, humankind, each of us, made choices to move ourselves more in line to that purpose or move away from it. This was a timed process and we have had 5 cycles of 26,500 years, to get it right and start to evolve into the incredible Divine Light Beings we are in physical form. The human race is unique in the Divine Universe, we are capable of being spiritual beings in human form but the majority took a wrong turn.

Instead of staying connecting to our Divine Truth, we moved off our path and embraced greed, war, hatred, and developed a total distrust of one another along with many distortions of what our understanding and knowledge of our Creator is. This is a total distortion of who we are and blinded us to the understanding that we are all One. There is nothing that should separate us from each other, the consciousness of the planet or from our Source.

We are now in the last stages of human evolution as part of this great plan to return to the path of Light and to our Divinity, of which all relationships spring from, hence 2012. All of us on this planet are making decisions and choices about what we believe in. and making choices aligned to that belief. The ascension or rebirth into a new civilization is moving forward, with or without you. The Unconditional Love that is dormant or active in each of us is now awakening. The Divine Oneness of All That Is, has given us an incredible gift. Free Will. The Divine Oneness wants each of us to make choices freely to restore our trust and faith in a higher power, to activate the unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional gratitude that is our true nature. We are all that the Divine Oneness Is and are capable of doing the same things, we are co-creators with Source and together we can achieve miraculous things as human beings, as a culture, as a planet. This is our Divine Destiny, for each and every one of us. The most important aspect of Source, who loves us unconditionally, is to embrace Source freely, without coercion.

The acceleration of time and potent changes in our global community over the past three years are the calling card to WAKE UP. All that was built on the distortions of truth, institutions, governments, cultures and religions that are built on greed, selfishness and deception are crashing down. They cannot resonate to the Divine Light vibration we are ascending to. Anything that thrives on negative energies and needs more of it to flourish, will be blinded by the light of truth. In order to wake up, all that you took for granted as truth is revealing its self as corruption. This will enable you to shift your perceptions to discover what is really true, especially for you.

The more you resist seeing and accepting the truth, the more it will show itself in your life. It will collapse all that has been built on these distortions to show you what is real. You can look at these disasters in your life, i.e. loss of job, loss of health, loss of security, etc as good or bad, but it is always good. Have you have refused to look at these things even though plenty of warning signs have been there? Now the Oneness is showing you the truth of your life because as a spiritual being you have asked for it. Are you willing to see it? Are you willing to now decide what is YOUR truth because as more and more negative aspects of this world start to collapse, it is your personal truth, your Divinity, the root of your core beliefs, that will see you through the coming changes. We will emerge as a Phoenix from the ashes, are you willing to trust your Source, to love one another and the planet? Are you willing to let go of negative programming, prejudice, judgment and anger. Understand that those who choose the path of Light and Truth and are willing to courageously let go of distorted perceptions will move through the next few years safely and fearlessly, with a knowing that a rebirth to a higher way of being and living is waiting in physical form.

Many are choosing the path of Light through their own internal prompting, seeking truth. There are so many light workers put on this planet that are helping people to see their path and how it is connected to all things. We are all in the same boat. No one will survive on their own; we can only survive as a community, a community in unity with each other, our Divinity, and the planet.

2008 marked a significant step in earth and societal changes all over the globe. For myself, the new calendar of each year cycle is June 21 to June 21. 2009 is a year of mastery, self mastery. You have probably noticed that you personally have had many changes in your life, many positive changes and many that have forced you to live differently. Perception is reality and you may have judged what has happened to you as good or bad - but it is always good. You are now having to decide what you believe in. When everything you took for granted is taken away because it is not serving your highest good, aligned to the greater good of all, what do you believe in. What is your Source, your Divinity, what gets you through the tough times and the knowingness without evidence that your core beliefs will get your through this. It doesn't matter to me what you call it, Source, Spirit, Creator, Buddha, Allah, God, just believe in a higher power that you can trust no matter what. This creates core beliefs that will get you, through all you need to do to move forward and help others see the light when their own dims.

When you have a spiritual philosophy that you can trust in, you can then release the past and all that has created blocks, such as low self esteem, depression, anger, fear. These emotions, if acted on, will attract more negative circumstances and people in your life. It is the Law of Attraction. Fear is the opposite of LOVE in my opinion. Whenever you make decisions in fear, or anger they are never the right ones. There are many on this planet that would like to keep you in this state, they are quite happy with the chaos in the world. In fact, it provides the necessary nourishment to grow more fear and anger. Energy is alive and needs nourishment so feed your energy with LOVE, COMPASSION and UNDERSTANDING through forgiveness, gratitude and unconditional love of all things. Start NOW. We must nourish ourselves in this way before we can nourish others.

If you have ever flown in an airplane and attendants go through the safety features and emergency procedures before the flight, do you remember what they tell you about the oxygen mask that pops down if the cabin pressure starts to change? That's right; you put it on yourself FIRST! Why do you think that is? Correct, you can't help anyone else if you are passed out or worse on the floor. This to me is a powerful metaphor to life and living. Unlike many schools of thought, it is not selfish to attend and nourish yourself first. It's a must. As a healer, it is a well known fact, that you cannot heal anything in others that you have not healed in yourself.

2009 is a year of self mastery, a year that many truths about your life, our life as human beings, your Divinity and our planet have come to light. You may have noticed more people or resources in your life and in our societies emerging with new philosophies. Many are taking the courageous journey of self discovery very seriously with fantastic results. What you learn about yourself in this year will serve you in how your receive, perceive and communicate in 2010.

2010 is a year about communication. Be prepared to use all of your senses of perception, at least six, especially your intuition, to attune to truth along with the methods of creating more Divine Light in your life. When this happens, clarity and strength replace confusion and uncertainty. Watch for information in all forms of communication of Divine truths and revelations coming forward. These will change how we see our world; lies will be revealed, misinterpretations of history will be uncovered, people like President Barak Obama, will be making Divine impacts, out of the blue; we are entering an age of heroes. The decision and choices you make with all the available information coming to you in 2010 will provide the tools to create the necessary structure in your life that will allow you to successfully respond to anything in your life, our society and the planet. This will be anchored in 2011. Start NOW. It will prepare you for dramatic changes in all aspects of our world, our rebirth into a new civilization in 2012. Your heartfelt knowingness, through your anchored core beliefs, will show you where to go, what to do and how to BE as you release a world built on chaos, fear and greed. You will be fine, you will know what to do, but you need to do YOUR part. We are One. Learn to trust each other, see each other as the brothers and sisters we are and the symbiotic relationship we have to each other, our precious mother earth and to our Divine Source. We need each other, we were made that way.

On a final note, I want to share my thoughts about a movie coming out this month in North America called 2012. You have a choice of what you perceive if you choose to see this film. If it creates fear, then you need to look at why you feel that way, look immediately at your Divinity, your core beliefs, how rock solid are they when they are put to the test as this film and other world disaster films project. This story has been told in many forms throughout history, do you look at it as a rebirth? Do you judge it all? How you react to any of the prophecies, movies, stories, etc. of this potent time is pointing you to what needs more Light in your life. It also could confirm your fearlessness in embracing a rebirth that will move you to a higher level of existence.

There are those energies still present on earth that would like to solicit fear, confusion and vulnerability. They like the way things are and intend on keeping it that way, one fearful, angry person at a time. This is far from your natural state of being and creates limitations.

Now is the time for you to keep your Divine Light growing, to have faith in who you are and what you are a part of, a Divine limitless family, capable of great things. We are all One and when we take care of each other and Mother Earth, our Divine Source will take care of us, as it always has. Your relationship to your Divinity is your guide. What do you believe?
